    Configurable libvirt sharing options
    
    Previously we have assumed that we just chmod everything which
    needs to be shared with libvirt to 777. This change makes that
    configurable.
    
    DocImpact: adds two flags (libvirt_shared_file_mode and
    libvirt_shared_group) which let you specify what is needed for
    nova-compute to share filesystem elements with libvirt.
