Actually, I'm hoping you can find a place for their plugins in the Cloud
Admin Guide so we don't have to tell them about a double-hop, I don't think
they'd be happy to hear about bouncing around.

The movement of content is a big reason why I'm a bit concerned and want to
ensure we're confident this is a final landing place. We have a bit of
"selling" to do in the wider community. I think separate reference from
other types of content is great, just want to be sure the rest of the
projects "get it" also.
