Open Stack

I'm currently adding the openSUSE specific instructions for the Basic 
Install manual and noticed an inconsistency regarding the use of 
"apt-get install"/"yum install": Some examples give additionally a "-y" 
parameter, others not.

Is there a specific reasons for that inconsistency or should I send a 
patch to unify this - and what's preferred (with/without "-y")?
