    Change db module to use database instead of DEFAULT for options
    
    At the request of Quantum folks, Let us switch from DEFAULT to
    database for the database related options. This will help with
    migration etc. please note that parameters in sqlalchemy.py
    are under a 'sqlalchemy' group
