    Remove the LDAP DNS driver.
    
    No one is using this driver, and it is only supported for nova-network
    users. Remove it as part of a larger cleanup of DNS support in nova.
    
    DocImpact: the LDAP DNS driver has gone to heaven, and should be removed
    from any docs it appears in.
    
    Progresses blueprint dynamic-dns.
