[Openstack-docs] Newbie Questions

What I do when the build fails is open the bk_*.xml file in Oxygen and see
if it validates. In this case, there are missing xml:id attributes on
sections recently added. (Note that individual chapter files may not
validate when they have linkend references, a known issue.)Fixed here:
