    Naming unique hostname when booting multi instances.
    
    This patch adds a param "nameTemplate" for booting multi
    instance at a time. The hostname can be named by a template
    which supports launch_id and image_name for example use
    --nameTemplate "%-(launch_id)d" will naming as myinstance-1.
    
    basically implement blueprint multi-boot-instance-naming
