this is one of the most common issues users post report in this list.  <br>
Did you try to find a solution? Do your instances in the flat network  <br>
get an IP address? If not, try to launch instances with  <br>
"--config-drive true". If the instances do get an IP, do your  <br>
security-group rules allow access?<br>
