<p>All the projects that are enabled in devstack by default have
been branched, so it's time to</p>
<p>- [requirements]: create branch for 'requirements' to be able to
lift the requirements freeze<br>
- [qa]: do the necessary QA preparation patches ( <a class="reference external" href="https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/QA/releases">https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/QA/releases</a>
)<br>
- [i18n]: update the translation tools for the new stable series</p>
<p>So I ask the PTLs of these teams to do the above necessary
