I resumed the Octavia dashboard tests yesterday.<br>

After having clicked on "Create Load Balancer" button, the panel opens and the following javascript error message appears in the Firefox console:<br>
"Error: barbicanAPI.getCertificates is not a function".<br>

I did the test with Ussuri and Wallaby versions of Octavia dashboard and I got the same result than with Victoria.<br>
