<div>I'd like to propose retiring puppet-galre project, because the Glare[1] project</div>

<div>looks inactive for a while based on the following three points</div>

<div> - No actual development is made for 2 years</div>

<div> - No release was made since the last Rocky release<br>

<div> - setup.cfg is not maintained and the python versions listed are very outdated<br>
