<a href="https://opendev.org/openstack/qinling/src/branch/master/README.rst">GitHub repo</a> says it's archived and no longer maintained, but the
<a href="https://www.openstack.org/software/releases/rocky/components/qinling">project page</a> on openstack.org doesn't mention anything about Qinling being abandoned. Can anyone shed light on this for me?</span><o:p></o:p></p>
