I'm sure many of you have noticed JayF has been more active on IRC<br>
over the past year. Recently he started reviewing and providing<br>
feedback on changes in ironic-python-agent as well as some work to add<br>
new features and fix some very not fun bugs.<br>
<br>
Given that he was ironic-core when he departed the community, I<br>
believe it is only fair that we return those rights to him.<br>
<br>
