It is my pleasure to <span class="gmail-il">propose</span> Lance Bragstad (lbragstad) as a new member of the oslo.core <span class="gmail-il">core</span> team.</div><div><br></div><div>Lance has been a big contributor to the project and is known as a walking version of the Keystone documentation, which happens to be one of the biggest consumers of oslo.cache.<br></div>

Obviously we think he'd make a good addition to the <span class="gmail-il">core</span> team. If there are no objections, I'll make that happen in a week.<br>
