<div class="PlainText">I think you are hitting <a href="https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1853651">
https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1853651</a>.<br>
The bug says WEBROOT needs to be configured.<br>
It was reported against the horizon installation guide on RHEL/CentOS,<br>
but I believe it is a bug on CentOS packaging as a package should work<br>
with the default config provided by the package.<br>
