We need two TC members to serve on the Shanghai forum selection <br>
committee, and help select, refine and potentially merge the forum <br>
session proposals from the wider community.<br>

Beyond encouraging people to submit proposals, the bulk of the selection <br>
committee work happens after the submission deadline (planned for    Sept <br>
16th) and the Forum program final selection (planned for Oct 7th).<br>
<br>
Since we'll have TC renewal elections in progress, it's simpler to pick <br>
between members that are not standing for reelection in September. That <br>
would be: asettle mugsie jroll mnaser ricolin, ttx and zaneb.<br>
