<div dir="ltr"><br>I am +1 to cdent's option below. The bottom line for every TC member is that most of our work days can only hit one or maybe two office hours per week. I think we should re-poll, possibly adjust times if necessary but trying to keep those times with-in the window that works. Every TC election we can re-poll for best times, and change accordingly. Three times a week just seems like it may not be useful or beneficial. Twice is much easier to schedule. One more option, for completeness<br>

- Drop to one or two per week, at fixed and well-known times, and<br>
encourage more use of email for engaging with and within the TC.<br>

We keep saying that email is the only reliable medium we have and<br>
then keep talking about ways to use IRC more.<br>
