    • OpenStack TC Charter Updates for OIF Foundation Simplification
        • As discussed in the previous TC+Board syncup, the OpenInfra Foundation bylaws contain a lot of OpenStack specific language.
        • Kristi, Gmann, and Brian have been meeting with Allison from the board to study the necessary changes to move that language to the charter.
        • Bylaws changes and what all to go in the TC charter have been shared in an email. TC needs to provide the feedback before Sept 19.
