From an OpenDev standpoint, we don't currently have any plans to
take down the StoryBoard service. Should we decide to, there would
almost certainly be ample warning and I at least would want to make
sure we have some archival copy of all the stories it contained for
posterity, even if that means asking for help from others with a
vested interest in its preservation (much like we did with keeping
ask.openstack.org online in a read-only state and then later
switching to a link to the Internet Archive).
