Open Stack

Hi!

There are experimental images based on Debian here:
https://tarballs.opendev.org/openstack/ironic-python-agent-builder/dib/files/.
Note that they come with absolutely no warranty: we don't test them in the
CI. They're also a bit dated since the IPA-builder hasn't seen any changes
in a while.
