[ansible openstack collections/modules] Core team clean up

Wow, I didn't know I had access or even membership to that group.

I guess the only thing with reducing down the contributor list is some
of those contributors are still active in openstack and can be
available, if requested, to review a module or change.

Just thinking that if we aggressively manage the core memberships (as
we once did in the early days) but don't add individuals, then we may
run into undesirable situations getting code merged or maintained.
