Please don't send people to SAIO when they are in production.
The appropriate guide is the former "multinode" guide. It appears
to be folded into OpenStack Installation here:
 https://docs.openstack.org/swift/wallaby/install/storage-install.html
Also, the source is readable in RST files:
 https://opendev.org/openstack/swift/src/branch/master/doc/source/install
