Openstack hypervisor list is empty

Hello Team,

I even tried to manually put the ceph.client.cinder.keyring in the
nova_compute container but the issue persisted.

I also tried reinstalling Openstack on another Environment but I still have
the same issue.

Anyone with any idea on how to proceed ?
Regards

Tony Karera
