As of last Friday we hit Feature Freeze. So still open features needs 
to be re-proposed to Yoga. The nova-spec repo and launchpad can be used 
to propose thing to yoga already.

If you have a feature that is really close to land the please follow 
the above FFE process.

If you have a feature patch that was approved before the freeze but not 
landed yet then those patches can be rechecked or rebased and 
re-approved if needed. Please let the core team know.
