Hello teams with deliverables following the cycle-trailing release model!

This is just a reminder to wrap up your trailing deliverables for Xena.
A few cycles ago the deadline for cycle-trailing projects was extended
to give more time. The deadline for Xena is *16 December, 2021* [1].

If things are ready sooner than that though, all the better for our
downstream consumers.

For reference, the following cycle-trailing deliverables will need
final releases at some point until the above deadline:

cinderlib
kayobe
kolla-ansible
kolla
openstack-ansible-roles
openstack-ansible
