Greetings,

The TripleO CI team has just completed **Unified Sprint 41** (Feb 25 thru Mar
17 2021). The following is a summary of completed work during this sprint
cycle:

   -

Successfully deployed promoter server for all c8 and c7 releases using
new code (next gen) promoter code
   <https://hackmd.io/team/rh-openstack-ci?nav=search&q=promoter>
   -

Continue to adopt new changes and improvements in the promoter :
   -

       https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/rdo-infra/ci-config/+/32007
      -

       https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/rdo-infra/ci-config/+/32069
      -

       https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/rdo-infra/ci-config/+/32058
      -

Reduce our upstream resource usage with zuul jobs including
optimizations across the zuul layouts in all the tripleo-* repos -

   - Cirros image setup more resilience to infra setup to avoid failures:

   -

   Tempest conf image retry:
   https://review.opendev.org/c/osf/python-tempestconf/+/775195
   -

   Usage of local cirros image:

   - Basically, the tag was wrong, and the copy and tagging was one single
operation, now the copy command is copying every hour all the hashes
available and tag is running separately now collecting the
current-tripleo tag directly from the delorean api.

   -

   copy-quay script:

   - Migrations from CentOS-8 to Centos-8-stream: These are the reviews:
   https://hackmd.io/9Xve-rYpRaKbk5NMe7kukw
   -

Modification of the private_apis of scenario manager:
   - Following apis have been made public by this commit as the
tempest.scenario.manager interface is meant to be consumed by tempest
      plugins.
