OK... status update.

Thanks to Ronelle, Ananya and Sagi for working this Sunday to ensure Monday
wasn't a disaster upstream.   TripleO master jobs have successfully been
migrated to CentOS-8-Stream today.  You should see "8-stream" now in
/etc/yum.repos.d/tripleo-centos.* repos.

Your CentOS-8-Stream Master hash is:

Your master repos are:
https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos8-master/current-tripleo/delorean.repo

Containers, and overcloud images should all be centos-8-stream.

The tripleo upstream check jobs for container builds and overcloud
images are NON-VOTING until all the centos-8 jobs have been migrated.
We'll continue to migrate each branch this week.

Please open launchpad bugs w/ the "alert" tag if you are having any issues.
