Open Stack

Hello all,

I will not be running again for the QA PTL for the Xena cycle because
I believe rotating leadership for open source projects is a good thing basically,
and I will also have very limited bandwidth for the cycle.

Therefore it would be best if someone else runs for QA PTL for the cycle.

But I'll be around and continue to involve in OpenStack though it'll be
downstream mostly. So, feel free to ping me if you want.
