Hi Stephen,

I have checked all cpus are online.

Architecture:                    x86_64
CPU op-mode(s):                  32-bit, 64-bit
Byte Order:                      Little Endian
Address sizes: 48 bits physical, 48 bits virtual
CPU(s):                          32
On-line CPU(s) list:             0-31
Thread(s) per core:              2
Core(s) per socket:              8
Socket(s):                       2

CPU family:                      21

I have made below configuration in nova.conf.

[compute]

cpu_shared_set = 2-7,10-15,18-23,26-31

Below is the xml in nova logs that nova is trying to create domain.
