Hi,

I've checked the log and the issue you're having is probably this bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/cinder/+bug/1931004

The fix is currently under review upstream.
A quick solution to this issue is to set the rbd_store_chunk_size to 8 in cinder.conf which will make the stripe size of cinder same as glance.
