Changing Magnum Heat template to create node network with vxlan instead of vlan

Thanks a lot, actually i agree with you because as per the documentation..
kuryr understands vlans but unfortunately whenever i create inside vlan
networks and attach an instance. The instance doesnt get an IP. I dont know
if there is something i need change i the ml2_conf file.
