Just to clarify, it is discussed in ML[1]about the background and initial discussion and as next step, Venus team will
add the application proposal in governance.  I have added this in TC next meeting agenda too.

On inclusion of non-official project. in Kolla, +1 on discussing it with Kolla team in their meeting. In case
