[ironic] APAC-Europe SPUC time?

Hi Dmitry,

Thanks for your email and apologies for slow reply.

Keeping the APAC SPUC at 10am UTC would work well for me.

The only concern is it may fall in the lunch time slot in Europe but that
might actually be a good thing - we can do lunch-dinner sessions and talk
food if we want to :) @Riccardo what do you reckon?
