Open Stack

Sorry - I thought I responded to the whole list, but I just responded to Lars :|

I've opened this back up again. It shut off at "midnight" i/o 23:59. Should be available for submissions. I'll set it to stay open an extra 8 hours as well. So people should have through 8am, 9/15 (Pacific).
