Open Stack

This is just a heads up that Oslo is now in feature freeze. Any changes 
that would require a feature release of an Oslo library will need to 
request an FFE if they want to make the Victoria release. Please send an 
email tagged "[oslo][ffe]" to the list to make such a request.

I expect we'll branch the Oslo repos in the near future, so some feature 
development can continue then. However, we generally prefer not to merge 
invasive changes between feature freeze and release just in case a 
last-minute bugfix backport is needed. Disentangling a bug fix from a 
major feature could be a chore.
