Open Stack

Hey Kendall,

I had a conflict, and couldn't attend the PTG session. I have a suggestion
- the API SIG used to meet at 1600 UTC on Thursdays [1]; they haven't since
February of this year - would that be a better slot? I ask selfishly as
1500 UTC on Thursdays clashes with the manila IRC meeting.

I agree with the monthly cadence for these meetings.
