[ironic] Reviewing changes post-gerrit admin account compromise

Greetings fellow humanoid carbon units and sentient computer programs!

I just wanted to follow up and let people know that we found no
discrepancies in our review of reviews/changesets in the ironic
project.

Thank you everyone who helped pile on the list, and hopefully nobody
has found anything suspicious in their projects. If anyone has any
questions, please feel free to reach out.
