Hi,

I installed Horizon on my Openstack Ussuri cloud and it has worked fine for some months. A few days ago, I had some trouble with python packages (I updated some dependencies by error). I'm trying to reinstall Horizon because it fails but it seems almost impposible to me:
# apt install openstack-dashboard
Configuring openstack-dashboard (3:18.3.2-0ubuntu0.20.04.2) ...

The preferred way to specify the order of dashboards and the default dashboard is the pluggable dashboard mechanism (in /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/openstack_dashboard/enabled, /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/openstack_dashboard/local/enabled).
