Open Stack

Hi Giacomo,

the maintainers' employee had decided to stop investing in
monasca-analytics [1] and left the project. As the component requires
specific knowledge which we don't have in the team and we failed to find
anyone willing to maintain the repository, we decided to stop the
development.

The HEAD~1 commit contains the last state of the code with documentation
and some use cases.
