Thanks for clarification and agreed triple-o installer template does not change heat template creation fixed functionality based on today's  interop weekly  review call. we can drop this and focus on the participation from any and all interested  in joining the PTG call on June 1st to clear the core + add-ons.

Are you referring to this mailing list thread [1]?  If so that’s more or less an implementation detail in how TripleO deploys a cloud, and has absolutely no bearing on the API’s offered by Heat itself.  If you’re looking for information on API’s, resources, or other functionality being deprecated over time, I’d suggest having a look at the Heat release notes. [2]  The Heat API has been rather stable for some time now, though there have been a few resources deprecated over the past several releases (often following the underlying project that the resource supports—Nova or Neutron for example—deprecating something).
