Hi Folks!

This mail serves to propose Doug Szumski from StackHPC (dougsz @IRC, 
CC'ed) as Kolla Ansible core.

Doug coauthored the Nova cells support and helps greatly with monitoring 
and logging facilities available in Kolla.

Please give your feedback in this thread.

If there are no objections, I will add Doug after a week from now (that 
is roughly when PTG is over).
