[openstack-helm] Stepping down as core reviewer

Hey Steve,

This is sad news to hear, but I completely understand.  Thanks for all the
contributions you made to OpenStack-Helm over the years, from helping bring
the project up to becoming an official OpenStack one to all the expertise
you brought to the LMA stack.  I personally learned a lot from you as I
began contributing with zero helm/kubernetes experience and it definitely
helped me get to where I am today.

I wish you all the best in your future endeavors and you're always welcome
back should you ever find time again in the future.
