yeah, neutron is doing really good in term of rotation where nova might not have
that many volunteers. 

Anyways I created etherpad to have weekly bug triage info or any bug needs more discussion/opinion.

I will try to do triage weekly basis and others can also do the same. Once we have more volunteer
than we can think about rotation also.  Basic idea is to triage if possible or initial investigation and then ask
expert for their advice/feedback or further investigation.
