Hello teams with deliverables following the cycle-trailing release model!

This is just a reminder about wrapping those Ussuri trailing
deliverables up. A few cycles ago we extended the deadline for
cycle-trailing to give more time, so the actual deadline isn't until
August 13:

If things are ready sooner than that though, all the better for our
downstream consumers.

Just for awareness, the following cycle-trailing deliverables will need
their final releases at some point in the next few months:

cinderlib
kayobe
kolla-ansible
kolla-cli
kolla
openstack-ansible
os-refresh-config
