Is the concern from an infrastructure provider perspective? As far as
making it clear to someone that is contributing infrastructure for
OpenDev to run on whether those resources are being provided to support
the OpenStack project proper, or whether it is or can be used for
anything under the OSF umbrella? Or anything the OpenDev team is willing
to host, for that matter.
