*.next file is used to prepare the next version guidelines. The idea here is whenever the new guidelines are approved by the board
then we need to update the latest approved guidelines n *.next so that these can be seeded to the next new guidelines.

It seems we missed to update it when 2020.06.json guidelines are approved. I will update it once 2020.11.json is approved.

We should add the new adds-on in https://www.openstack.org/brand/interop/ 
I also see we need to update a lot of information on the documentation side also which is out of date.
