Hopefully, I'm not too moronic here... :)
I'm not trying to push any decision of changing any habits. Just trying
to not forget one artifact. There's no need for any decision to add the
[release announce] tag! :)

I'm not sure where to propose the patch (I've searched for it),
otherwise I would have done it.
