Open Stack

Hello Everyone,

I would like to propose to add Attila Fazekas (afazekas) in devstack core list. He has been contributing and reviewing
code in devstack since a long time and has deep knowledge of code base.

 Please reply with your approval or objections. If no objection then till 5th Aug, I will add him in the list.
