We stopped using it a few weeks ago[1] at the time I tested it with a
depends-on on the patch that removed the option
from devstack[2], so assuming this was the correct patch to depend on
we should be good to go, I also commented on
the devstack patch to say we were good to move forward, sorry it looks
like the message didn't get where it needed to be.
