Hi Lingxian,

I'll be on leave until January 6 and mostly offline, so unfortunately I 
can't really push that migration until I'm back.

If you want to try by yourself, the steps to follow are documented at:
https://docs.openstack.org/infra/manual/creators.html

One early decision to make is whether the project is adopted by an 
openstack project team (in which case it can be back in the "openstack/" 
namespace) or if we'd maintain it as a separate project.

You can also ask for help in #openstack-infra.
